(ii) in the event of a complaint filed by you, in order to be able to deal with your complaint and respond to you in line with the statutory procedure; we also have a legitimate interest in being aware of any problems, complaints and grievances in order to defend our position, deal with relevant incidents, satisfy our customers and correct any errors and malfunctions, for the purpose of business development;
(iii) in case of your request to contact Us, because we have a legitimate interest in maintaining an open channel of communication with our customers and policyholders, answering their questions;
