Our Greek network of service providers includes all professions that have to do with roadside, automotive, medical, and travel assistance including hospitals, airline companies, mechanics, towers, doctors, nurses and more. Their objective is to promptly and efficiently service our customers.

Setting up our Partner network

We at Mondial Assistance ensure that our service provider partners adhere to our corporate philosophy and core values, particularly in terms of quality control. We select new partners according to strict quality criteria and closely supervise them, particularly during the early months of collaboration. By constantly monitoring different cases, emphasizing the use of latest technology to carry out quality interventions, and offering continuous training to our collaborators, we are able to maintain our service quality. As a result, Mondial Assistance is also in a position to create innovative new assistance solutions to keep pace with the ever-increasing needs of our demanding customers.
