An important department store chain discovered that most of
their customers are elderly people who live alone, without the
possibility to call on someone nearby should they fall ill or have
an accident.
Recognising the need to offer this service, they asked us to
create a network of medical experts including pathologists,
orthopaedists, surgeons, and eye doctors specifically for this
elderly clientele.
The company found that most of its customers were very
interested in this service. Customers also expressed deep
satisfaction in knowing that their department store cared enough
about them to offer them this personal care and
attention.
