Mondial Assistance Greece realised that drivers with no previous
accident experience had no clear idea as to how to proceed once an
accident occurred.
Consequently, we wanted to design a new set of procedures to
help settle certain issues. Through extensive experience and
documentation, Mondial Assistance can testify to the importance of
establishing an accurate, detailed recording of an accident on the
spot, in real time.
By facilitating the exchange of information and documenting the
incident with photographs, we can help insurance companies make the
right evaluations.
Results of such efforts have been very successful. The insurance
company’s customer base increased while its reimbursements
decreased. And through the efficient sharing of key information
across the different branches, fictitious incidents were eliminated
thereby placing responsibility with those who were genuinely
responsible.
