You should call the dedicated Mondial Assistance phone number and give the Assistance Coordinator all the necessary information (exact location, brief description of the problem). The road assistance service provider will be there very shortly to assist you. If the repair mechanic cannot fix your vehicle on the spot, it will be towed to a workshop of your choice.

The road assistance service provider will be there very shortly to assist you. If the repair mechanic cannot fix your vehicle on the spot, it will be towed to a workshop in the town nearest to where you are located at the moment of the breakdown, or it will be safely parked and then towed to a workshop of your choice near your place of residence. Our provisions will not stop here. We will also cover the cost of your return tickets to your place of residence, or costs for taxi transportation or accommodations.

You must call the dedicated number given to you by your insurance company and provide them with a brief description of your symptoms. After that, our Assistance Coordinator will immediately contact the doctor so as to diagnose your problem. Depending on your situation and whether or not you need emergency transportation to the nearest hospital – bearing in mind that on the island where you are located only a health center exists - we will arrange to have you transported by air to a hospital in Athens.

Our call center will then immediately contact our nearby local correspondent in the country in which you are located in order to arrange your transportation to the nearest hospital. We will also arrange for you to undergo all the necessary tests once you have reached the local hospital.
