Our network

At a moment’s notice we could be called upon to help someone anywhere in the world. Our customers have the right to expect that we will respond quickly and professionally. It doesn’t sound like an easy job but with more than 400,000 service providers scattered across the globe, we’re ready to answer the call.

Worldwide Assistance

Our network is the largest assistance network in the world with more than 400,000 service providers.

Our promise of helping customers anywhere in the world is a serious engagement. Whilst not all assistance cases are emergencies, every year there are thousands of times when our customers’ welfare is at stake. The outcome for the customer is determined by the quality and timeliness of our response.

Our global network includes more than 400,000 service providers. It includes doctors, nurses, emergency rescue teams, logistics experts, lawyers, translators, and technicians. All types of people from all walks of life with one thing in common: helping people. Typically we will handle at least 23 million types of assistance in a year, which equates to one every two seconds.

There are two key elements of a strong network. First, strength in numbers to make sure that we have the geographical coverage and ability to respond within an acceptable timeframe. Second, to make sure that the service providers have the quality to provide prompt and professional service.

With almost 60 years experience in the Assistance business, we have made sure that both the coverage and quality are first rate. Network development is a crucial part of our work and every year countless hours are devoted to making sure that we have the right people in the right places.
